Aluflam becomes a new tenant of MLP Pruszków II

Aluflam, a Danish concern manufacturing fire-rated aluminium glazing systems, has signed a lease agreement for 4,500 square meters of the warehousing and production surface in the MLP Pruszków II park owned by the MLP Group. The Sharman Church agency acted as an intermediary in this transaction.

Aluflam Extrusion Sp. z o.o., which forms part of the Danish concern, has signed a new contract with the MLP Group for the lease of about 4,500 square meters of space in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The Company intends to use nearly 4,300 square meters for production and warehousing purposes. Over 200 square meters will be used for office and auxiliary space. Since the company will conduct a production business, the facility will need to be adapted to match Aluflam’s needs.

The Aluflam Group specializes in the production and installation of fire-rated aluminum glazing structures. Aluflam’s offering includes, among others, windows, doors, sliding doors, roof windows and glass roofs. The concern’s products are available worldwide.

The MLP Pruszkow II logistics center is located in the vicinity of Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, 5 km from Pruszków. The park occupies a total of 67 hectares and will ultimately offer 302,000 square meters. MLP Pruszkow II has well-developed connections to both the Warsaw city center and the main roads connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between the local road no. 760 and the A2 motorway section, 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików traffic hub. An international railway track running in the proximity of the park offers excellent logistic conditions for both domestic and international distribution.
