MLP Pruszków I, our first logistics park was established in 1998. We have built 165 thousand square meters of warehouse and manufacturing space on 43 hectares. Its excellent venue has enabled this park to attract more than 50 manufacturing and logistics companies with approximately 2,500 employees.
We have grown rapidly during the most recent two decades.Currently, the Group operates eight logistics parks in Poland: MLP Pruszków I, MLP Pruszków II, MLP Poznań, MLP Lublin, MLP Teresin, MLP Wrocław, MLP Czeladź and MLP Gliwice. Based on a development agreement, the Group is also responsible for the commercialization of the MLP Bieruń logistics park, sold in 2015. In Germany, the Group currently operates one logistics park – MLP Unna. In Romania, in turn, the Group purchased land for development of a new logistics park – MLP Bucharest West. In addition, the Group owns land plots and has signed reservation agreements to purchase new plots for its planned logistics parks. This means that the current and potential real estate portfolio managed by the MLP Group consists of a total of seventeen operating logistics parks located in three European markets.

We successfully listed our company as the first industrial property developer on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The gross proceeds of this public offering roughly totaled PLN 90.6 million.
The Bieruń MLP Park was recognized by the Eurobuild monthly as the best warehouse facility built in 2013. It took first place in the category entitled “New Warehouse of the Year 2013, CEE”
MLP Tychy won the main prize in the Prime Property Prize 2013 contest in Silesia in the category entitled Warehouse and Logistics Facility
We acquired 10.5 hectares of land in the Lublin sub-zone belonging to the Euro-Park Mielec Special Economic Zone for the MLP Lublin Logistics Park.
The MLP Group signed two agreements with WestInvest Gesellschaft für Investmentfonds mbH (Deka Immobilien) for the sale of the MLP Tychy and MLP Bieruń logistics parks. The total value of both transactions is nearly EUR 90 million, or roughly PLN 380 million.
